At the WBTF 2009 Winter Technical Meeting, a modified approach to judging Freestyle was presented to the Committee. This judging system has been in development for several years - primarily by France and Italy but also including input from a committee including Jackie Stewart and Dale White.

The attached document is the text of this new judging system. It includes comments and decisions made during the discussion at the WBTF 2009 WTM.
