Lise began twirling at the age of 8 under Zoe Serediuk in an After-School program. After 2 years she moved on to competitive twirling at Reunited Baton Club being coached by Kim Johnson.

Since then Lise has competed in numerous competitions all across Canada. Lise also represented Canada in the International Cup competition two times, first in 2008 in Limerick, Ireland and the second time in 2009 Sydney, Australia.

Lise is currently a level 2 certified CBTF coach and helps out with coaching whenever requested. Lise took a bit of a break from twirling in 2010 to focus on school and graduating but has since picked it up again. She is currently working and hoping to pursue post-secondary education in the near future.

In her free time she likes spending time with her friends, shopping, going to the gym and watching hockey & football games.
