Submit Your Event

Please use this form to submit an event for posting on the CBTF.CA Event Calendar.

To use the online form:

  • Type your information into the appropriate box and click the Submit button.
  • Fields marked with the * are mandatory and must be provided.
  • The request will be reviewed by the CBTF.CA Site Admin Team before being posted.
  • A copy of the request will be sent to the email address entered in 'Email' field on the form.

Name of person submitting the event information.

Email address of person submitting the event information. Used if any clarifications are required.

Event Information

Enter an end date for a multi-day event.

Registration deadline for the event, if applicable.

Sanction Number provided by the Provincial or National Sanction Officer. Enter 'pending' if the sanction application has been submitted but the number has not been received. Use the CBTF Sanction Form to request a sanction if you have not yet done so.

Contact email to be published with the event. Our website uses spam protection techniques to protect your email address.

You may upload a file containing more information about your event. We accept most document formats as well as graphic and video.

Enter any other information that you would like to include when your event is posted.
