The map below shows the relative locations of the 2019 IC Qualifier competition venue (University of Manitoba, Investors Group Athletic Centre) and Headquarters Hotel (Best Western Plus Pembina Inn & Suites).
The Headquarters Hotel is the Best Western Plus Pembina Inn & Suites. Rooms are available in both Double/Queen ($134/night + taxes) and Suites ($159/night + taxes) configurations. This hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, with microwave oven on the main floor and in some rooms. THE RESERVATION DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO APRIL 17, 2019.
The CBTF Stay to Play policy is in effect for this competition - all IC Qualifier participants are required to stay at one of the affiliated hotels.
To make your reservation:
- Best Western Pembina Inn & Suites: Contact the Hotel front desk directly (204.269.8888 or toll free at 1.877.269.8811 or by email at frontdesk
bwpembina [dot] com) and request the "Manitoba Baton" block. Be sure to include your club name with the reservation.

Please note that the Best Western Pembina Inn & Sutes is financially supporting the competition, and the CBTF Stay to Play policy is in effect. Please support the event by favouring those businesses that support our sport.
February 13, 2019 - An online form has been created for gym rental requests at the 2019 International Cup Qualifier. The form is online only - no paper copies will be provided.

The deadline for equitable allocaiton is April 1, 2019.
- Rentals are available Friday, May 17th from 8:00 am to approximately 5:00 pm
- Gym time will be allocated as equitably as possible for requests received by April 1, 2019
- Provincial requests will take precedence over club requests, which will take precedence over individual requests.
- Requests received after April 1st will be accommodated as space permits.
- A registered CBTF Level 2 or Level 3 Coach must be present during paid practice times.
- The music system will be available for the competition gym (center court).
- Music may be used in the competition gym only.
- Do not send payment until you have received confirmation of your assigned times.
- All three gyms are identical in terms of size, ceiling height, lighting and floor surface.
