The 2015 Grand Prix CBTF Contingent Payment Form is now available. This form is required for those Athletes, Coaches and Spectators that are participating in the 2015 Grand Prix.

All members of the CBTF International Cup Contingent (athletes, coaches, judges, officials) are ambassadors for Baton Twirling in Canada and of the CBTF. This privilege is accompanied by certain expectations and responsibilities, as outlined in the attached Code of Conduct.

Canadian International Cup Athletes will participate in the Team Canada Secret Pal Exchange!

The objective is to foster team spirit and to help your Secret Pal feel happy, motivated and part of the team through little gifts, notes, cards, positive phrases, pictures etc.

As part of the athlete accreditation process, the CBTF requires that all athletes provide a Health Certificate indicating they are in generally good health and are fit to compete.

The request form for Practice Gym Rental Time (available to Provinces, Clubs, or Individuals) is attached.

Important Notes

Athletes (Individuals, Pairs, Teams and Groups) interested in becoming members of the Canadian contingent that will participate in the International Cup being hosted in Abbotsford, British Columbia August 5-9, 2015 are first required to declare their intent to compete.

Please be aware that Declarations must be received no later than November 17, 2014 to ensure consideration.
