The 2015 Grand Prix CBTF Contingent Payment Form is now available. This form is required for those Athletes, Coaches and Spectators that are participating in the 2015 Grand Prix.

Questions about the Contingent Package or the Package Payment Forms should be directed to the IC Contingent Coordinator at ic2015cbtf [dot] ca.

This Payment Form, and payment, can be submitted along with the International Cup Forms at any time during the IC Qualifier or at the Contingent Meeting on May 18.
