April 9, 2017 - The Information Package and Entry Forms for the 2017 Canadian Winner/Championships is attached.
June 15, 2017 - The Information Sheet and Registration Form for the Coach & Judge Social has been added.
A few details to note:
- DO NOT submit double-sided copies of the entry form pages!!
- The entry deadline for all provinces is May 23. All entries must be received by that date.
- All late entries will be returned. Absolutely no late entries.
- The following payments are acceptable:
- Cheque/money orders payable to: "2017 Canadians" with a note on the Memo/Reference line indicating 2017 Canadian Championships/Gym Rental/etc
- E-Transfer send to: drsylric
nbnet [dot] nb [dot] ca (Sylvie Richard, 2017 Canadians Treasurer)
- All Canadian Winner/Championship and Open entry forms are to be submitted to your designated provincial representative to be collected, verified and then submitted to the Canadians Entry Processor. Provincial Representatives must:
- Collect and verify (membership, age and qualification requirements) all entries and entry fees
- Mail all forms and cheque/money order in one provincial package to:
