February 13, 2019 - An online form [1] has been created for gym rental requests at the 2019 International Cup Qualifier. The form is online only - no paper copies will be provided.

The deadline for equitable allocaiton is April 1, 2019.

• Rentals are available Friday, May 17th from 8:00 am to approximately 5:00 pm
• Gym time will be allocated as equitably as possible for requests received by April 1, 2019
• Provincial requests will take precedence over club requests, which will take precedence over individual requests.
• Requests received after April 1st will be accommodated as space permits.
• A registered CBTF Level 2 or Level 3 Coach must be present during paid practice times.
• The music system will be available for the competition gym (center court).
• Music may be used in the competition gym only.
• Do not send payment until you have received confirmation of your assigned times.
• All three gyms are identical in terms of size, ceiling height, lighting and floor surface.
