PLEASE NOTE regarding the PASSPORT REQUIREMENT: CBTF Athletes attending the Pan-Pacific Cup may provide a copy of their birth certificate as an alternative to their passport.

A few details to note

• All entries are submitted online. Payment may be made by cheque (payable to CBTF Inc.) or by eTransfer. Entry and payment must be received by October 7, 2019 to receive consideration.
• Scheduled practice time - Open floor practice, in a 4 hour block, will be held Thursday before the competition. A specific time slot will be assigned after the entry deadline to those athletes that have requested time on their entry form. Every effort will be made to schedule all athletes from the same club into the same time slot.
• The WBTF Stay to Play policy is in effect for this competition. All athletes and coaches must stay at the designated host hotel, the Cambridge Red Deer Hotel & Conference Centre. Hotel information is included in the brochure. Reserverations can be made online [5] or by contacting the hotel directly as described in the brochure. The reservation deadline is December 15, 2019.
