Graded Medal Order Form

ORDER DEADLINE: Orders placed on or before December 1 will be processed with the January shipment. Orders placed after that date will only be shipped on a best-efforts basis.

Orders are shipped directly to clubs/provinces from Barker's Trophies in Regina, SK. Shipping is by Canada Post unless otherwise specified - the anticipated shipping date will be the first week of January.

CBTF will invoice clubs/provinces directly - charges will include shipping and GST. Invoices are payable upon receipt. The per-medal cost will depend on the total number of medals ordered.

Step 1 - Medals
Please note that these medals are packaged 25 per box.

We order a stock medal to keep costs down. Be aware that the medal may not be exactly as shown.

Include the quantity of Diamond medals in your Gold quantity - Diamond is created by adding a rhinestone to the Gold medal.
Step 2 - Ribbons
The 1" neck ribbons are packaged in bundles of 10.
