Updated October 20, 2022 - CBTF continues to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus on public events as it affects us during our competition season.

The 2022 Canadian Team Trials (Regina, SK) and the 2022 Canadian Winner/Championship (Moncton, NB) competitions were held in their usual form. The World Baton Twirling Federation (WBTF) held its 2022 World Championship in Turin, Italy.

At the 2022 Fall Conference, the Board of Directors rescinded the CBTF COVID Protocol for National Competitions, effective immediately.

The IBTF Managing Committee hass announced that the inaugural IBTF World Championship and Nations Cup competitions will be held August 4-13, 2023 in Liverpool, England.
