February 24, 2023 - The Brochure and Entry Information for the 2023 World Championship and Nations Cup CBTF Qualifier is attached.

An updated Competition Schedule is now available [1] - it remains subject to change, based on entries. Participants should note that attendance at the Contingent Clinic on May 22 is mandatory for all contingent members.

Entries

• The entry deadline is March 31, 2023 11:59 pm CT. All entries are timestamped by the online entry system. Late entries will not be accepted.
• Entries must be submitted online:

• Payment must be made by Interac eTransfer to treasurercbtf [dot] ca. eTransfer instruction details are included in the brochure attached below.

A few details to note:

• All Team/Group/Corps music for the 2023 WC/NC CBTF Qualifier must be submitted electronically, using the link provided in the Competition Brochure. All music files must follow the CBTF Music Labelling and Tagging protocol (https://cbtf.ca/article/music-labelling-and-tagging [4]). Music tracks that do not conform to this standard are subject to a $25 per track fine.
• Photographs: Each club may submit one group photo for inclusion in the souvenir program, using the link provided in the Competition Brochure.
• Health Certificate for all Team Trials athletes: The official CBTF Health Certificate is available on the CBTF website [5]. It must be completed and signed by a physician. The form must be submitted to officecbtf [dot] ca by April 15, 2023. If the medical certificate is not provided, the athlete may not be eligible to compete at the Team Trials. Electronic copies are acceptabe - they must be a clear, scanned copy, not a smartphone picture.

The 2023 WC/NC CBTF Qualifier is a Stay to Play competition - two accommodation options are available [6]. The reservation deadline for either accommodation option is April 21, 2023.
