It is important to note the following:

• There are two hotels available for booking - a PDF information sheet for each hotel is attached.
• The reserveration deadline at The Glenmore Inn is December 17 2023. The reservation deadline at The Carriage House December 25, 2023.

Participants are encouraged to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible, before space runs out at your preferred hotel.
