The tentative Competition Schedule is included in the brochure - it remains subject to change, based on entries. Participants should note that attendance at the Contingent Clinic on March 11 is mandatory for all contingent members.

Hotel Information

• The 2024 WC CBTF Qualifier and Northern Lights Open are Stay to Play competitions.
• Hotel information is included in the brochure. You do need to phone to make a reservation - online reservations are not accepted. Group bookings within the reserved block will not be accepted. Please only reserve what you know you will utilize. Based upon the survey of provinces last month regarding attendance, we have enough rooms in the block to accommodate everyone who will need one. Thanks for your cooperation.

Entries, Gym Rental, Advertising

• The entry deadline is February 5, 2024 11:59 pm CST (Regina time). All entries are timestamped by the online entry system. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• Health Certificate for all WC CBTF Qualifier athletes: The official CBTF Health Certificate is available on the CBTF website: https://cbtf.ca/article/2024-cbtf-health-certificate [1]. It must be completed and signed by a physician. The form must be submitted to officecbtf [dot] ca by February 16, 2024. If the medical certificate is not provided, the athlete may not be eligible to compete at the Qualifier. Electronic copies are acceptable - they must be a clear, scanned copy, not a smartphone picture.
• Payment must be made by Interac eTransfer to treasurercbtf [dot] ca. The payment deadline is February 5, 2024 11:59 pm CST (Regina time). LATE PAYMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO PENALTY.

Music

All music files must follow the CBTF Music Labelling and Tagging protocol (https://cbtf.ca/article/music-labelling-and-tagging [7]). Music tracks that do not conform to this standard are subject to a $25 per track fine.
