Entries

• The entry deadline is January 6, 2025 11:59 pm CST (adjust for your local timezone). All entries are timestamped by the online entry system. Late entries will not be accepted.
• Entries must be submitted online:

• Payment must be made by Interac eTransfer to treasurercbtf [dot] ca. eTransfer instruction details are included in the brochure attached below.

A few details to note:

• All Team/Group/Corps music for the 2023 WC/NC CBTF Qualifier must be submitted electronically, using the link provided in the Competition Brochure. All music files must follow the CBTF Music Labelling and Tagging protocol (https://cbtf.ca/article/music-labelling-and-tagging [3]). Music tracks that do not conform to this standard are subject to a $25 per track fine.
• Health Certificate for all Qualifier athletes: The official CBTF Health Certificate is available on the CBTF website [4]. It must be completed and signed by a physician. The form must be submitted to officecbtf [dot] ca no later than February 12, 2025.If the medical certificate is not provided, the athlete may not be eligible to compete at the Qualifier. Electronic copies are acceptabe - they must be a clear, scanned copy, not a smartphone picture.
• Practice Gym Rentals: Clubs or Provinces may submit their gym rental requests for practice time on the Friday. Submit your requests before January 6, 2025 using this link: https://form.jotform.com/243368722906261 [5]
• Coach Registration: All coaches must register to receive a coach accreditation badge for the competition. Only coaches with an accreditation badge will be permitted into the athlete areas (dressing rooms, practice gym, warm-up area). All coaches must hold a current CBTF or CNBTA membership, have CBTF or CNBTA coaching certification, and have an athlete(s) entered in the competition in order to receive an accreditation badge. The 2025 IBTF Technical WC/NC CBTF Qualifier is a Stay to Play competition - participants must stay at the Host Hotel. The reservation deadline for either accommodation option is January 30, 2023.
