The CBTF Contingent Package is now available.

PLEASE NOTE: The Traveler Information and Payment Form was updated February 17 2025.

Questions about the Contingent Package or the Package Payment Forms should be directed to the NC/WC Contingent Coordinator at officecbtf [dot] ca.

All required forms (Document and Information Checklist, Athlete Health Information Sheet [1], Code of Conduct [2], Secret Pal [3], Social Media Profile [4], and Traveler Payment Form and Hotel Room Worksheet) can be submitted online in advance of February 24 to officecbtf [dot] ca. This will speed up the process at the Contingent Clinic, as processing all of the paperwork can take a few hours, and longer if there is missing information.

You can also etransfer the $1,000 per person deposit in advance to Terry Stewart at: treasurercbtf [dot] ca and indicate that on your Traveler Payment Form. Please clearly indicate the traveler’s name on each etransfer.

For those that wish to hand the paperwork in at the Contingent Clinic on February 24 please ensure all the paperwork is complete and that your athlete has initialed and signed the CBTF Code of Conduct and completed the Secret Pal Sheet.

We also remind travelers that if their child is under the age of majority, a travel consent form (if travelling with no parents or one parent) and a chaperone form (if travelling with no parents) are required. These are available on request (officecbtf [dot] ca) if required.
