The tentative Competition Schedule is included in the brochure - it remains subject to change, based on entries. Participants should note that attendance at the Contingent Clinic on May 16 is mandatory for all contingent members.

Entries, Gym Rental, Advertising

• The entry deadline is May 4, 2026 11:59 pm CDT. All entries are timestamped by the online entry system. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Entries are done by online JotForm.

    Team entries are to be completed by the coach or the club director.
  • *Note, if the entry deadline falls before your Provincial Winner/Championship competition, please enter the Canadians as if you have qualified for all disciplines that you plan on entering. Athletes/Groups that do not obtain or meet the qualification standards will be moved into the Maple Leaf Open for that discipline (if it is available) by the Entry Processor, and a refund for the difference in entry fees will be issued. Freestyle Solo and Freestyle Pair athletes entering before your Provincial Winner/Championships and not obtaining the qualification standards will be provided a refund.
• All entry payments are by E-Transfer only. All entry payments are by E-Transfer only. Send to: treasurercbtf [dot] ca (no e-transfer password is required). Payments must be received by the entry deadline or be subject to penalty. A late payment fee of 10% or $50, whichever is greater, will be charged after the deadline for all fees associated with national events. Should the total amount, including penalty, still not be paid as at the competition date, the athlete(s) will be scratched from the program and not permitted to compete, and advertising may not appear in the souvenir program.

Photography Fee

All athletes will pay a $10 Photography Fee. This will provide you with free access to all action shots taken by the official photographer throughout the competition. The competition personnel and the photographer cannot guarantee the number of images that will be available for each athlete/group, but every effort will be made to capture images of all participants.

We do not anticipate offering "posed" personalized shoots. Should that change, please note that the $10 photography fee paid here does not carry over to personalized shoots in any form.

Music

Music is to be submitted by Club Directors or Coaches.
