Please note: several features of the Adobe Fill & Sign PDF Forms are not supported on MacOS or iOS Preview, or from within a web browser. For the form to work properly, the Sanction Form should be downloaded and saved on your device BEFORE filling in any details - you should use Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader [3] to fill in the form on your device.
