June 18, 2016 - Entry and Payment Summary Forms for the 2017 Pan-Pacific Cup are now available.

A document and information checklist is also included.

Questions about the Pan-Pacific Cup, or the Entry and Payment Summary Forms should be directed to the Contingent Coordinator at panpacificcbtf [dot] ca.

Paper forms or cheques may be delivered in-person to Joanne Moser at the 2016 Canadian Championships in Edmonton. CBTF prefers that entries be delivered by July 8, 2016. They must be received no later than August 31 2016 to ensure consideration.

Fees are non-refundable.
