IC 2009 Contingent Travel Package

A revised CBTF Contingent Package for IC 2009 has now been posted.

The revised package contains:

  • an Information Sheet describing the various features and options available for inclusion
  • the Contingent Package Payment Form - which contains Price Calculators for the various components of the package

A Contingent Package Payment Form must be completed for each traveler (adult or child).

A Hotel Room Worksheet must be completed for each room. As of 10 AM ET May 6, the Hotel Room Worksheet has been revised as we have just received new hotel & breakfast rates.
