  Lynda Feingold moved that any donation to Twirl Canada which is specifically donated for the World Championships in Calgary 1984, will be recorded in Twirl Canada books and forwarded to the World Fund.

  Lynda Feingold moved that any donation to Twirl Canada which is specifically donated for use in a particular province shall be returned to that province in the form of a grant.

  That we donate $250 to the Sports Federation of Canada.

  Deardra Leslie moved that each CBTF province kindly given $500.00 towards the Canadian Championships and Team Trials each year to the Host Province to aid in operational costs.

  Deardra Leslie loved that, in reference to Motion #13 of the 1995 FBM, the "monies" are to be delivered to the CBTF Canadian Championship Host Treasurer, or designate person, in lump sum or installments (suggest money order or cheque) completed by March 1st of each year in good faith.

 

1996 SEM MOTION #3
  Elva Taylor moved that provinces who support Canadians each year with a cash dontion (eg: $500 in 1996) either be listed a Official Sponsors or given a 1/2 page advertisement for their province in the Official Canadians Program.

 

1998 SBM MOTION #6
 

Betty Davis moved that each province be required to pay $500.00 toward the hosting of Canadian Team Trials and Canadian Championships each year. CBTF will invoice each province and forward the money collected to the Host Province. A written statement addressed to the CBTF Treasurer from a province stating that they are unable to pay all or any portion of the amount will be required. The CBTF Treasurer shall then notify the Host Province. Full payment shall be required by March 1st of each year.

Effective Jan 1/99

DIRECTIVE: An explanation as to why a province cannot pay all or a portion of this fee must accompany the written statement.

 

2004 SBM MOTION #27
 

Betty Davis moved that the CBTF President be given the authority to send flowers or another suitable donation to members of the CBTF Board of Directors and other members with long standing service to CBTF in the event they have a death of a close family member or have a serious illness. These would be in consultation with the CBTF Treasurer.
