Karen Gratton moved that CBTF shall cover the costs of the printing and distribution of Sanction Forms, WBTF Pair and Team Declaration Forms and CBTF Group Declaration Forms.

Effective: Sept 1, 2000

Elva Taylor moved that the CBTF Data Entry Person supply each province with one copy of its own Provincial Membership Lists by January 31st of each year at the expense of CBTF. The province must pay for any additional forms. This list shall be mailed to the Provincial Membership Chairperson.

Betty Davis moved that each province be required to use the Standard (generic) CBTF Membership Form, Membership Data Change Form, Batch A and Batch B Forms.

INTENT: Provinces may add items as required within their province, however, all the standard information must be provided and should be kept in the same location on the form. Batch B Form can be a computer print-out as long as all the required information is provided and in the same order as on the form.

Karen Gratton moved that the revised CBTF Judges Time Sheet (dated November 2000) be accepted.

CLARIFICATION: Judges would also be provided with the CBTF (or provincial) Expense Sheets by the competition director to record other expenses.

Betty Davis moved that the CBTF Membership Data Change Form be revised to allow those members renewing in a more efficient manner.

INTENT: The current "Change of Data Form" be changed to include a method of renewal if none of the required information has changed.

Carol Robinson moved that the Membership Chairperson and the Data Entry Person design a renewal form and update the current Membership form.

INTENT: To be done by August 15, 2004 (possibly a three part form)

Karen Gratton moved that Proposal #16, 2005 STM be accepted with noted amendment:

That the July 2005 corrections to the Pre-Event Critique Forms be accepted. Revised forms to be included in the 2006 CBTF score sheet CD.
