Karen Gratton moved to accept Proposal #4 of the 2002 Winter Technical Meeting which reads:

That a clarification to the Range Find Personnel Qualifications and Job Description (in the CBTF Policy Manual) be added to point #4:

Note: when disclosing the average range find score, the judges shall be notified if the difference of the high and low scores are more than 1.0 points. The high and low of the judges individually submitted overall degree of excellence scores shall not be disclosed.

Karen Gratton moved that the duties of the Range Find Person at Provincial and National Team Trial events be revised in the CBTF Policy Manual to include:

Check each judge's score sheet prior to flashing score to ensure that they have scored within +/- 0.7 from the range find.
