February 11, 2025 - The Canadian Baton Twirling Federation is pleased to announce the selection of the following judges for the 2025 Canadian Winner/Championship in Moncton, New Brunswick:

February 9, 2025 - Today the Canadian Baton Twirling Federation is pleased to announce the Team Mangers for the Canadian Contingent to the IBTF Nations Cup and World Technical Championship competitions in Torino, Italy. Dana Peteleski and Madi McKnight have been selected as the Nations Cup Team Managers. Dana will also be the Team Manager for the IBTF World Technical Championship.

Both Dana and Madi have backgrounds making them very well-suited for the Team Manager roles.

January 12, 2025 (updated February 10, 2025) - The Canadian Baton Twirling Federation is pleased to announce the selection of the following judges for the 2025 Canadian Qualifier in Tsuut’ina, Alberta:

February 1, 2025 - The map below shows the relative locations of the 2025 Canadian Winner/Championship competition venue (Avenir Centre), the headquarters hotel (Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown), and our host hotels (Delta Hotels by Marriott Beauséjour and Coastal Inn). Information sheets with complete information for all three hotels are attached below.

Please note the booking information instructions provided by each hotel, and make note of the cut off dates for reservations (different for all three hotels).

February 1, 2025 - The preliminary schedule for the 2025 Canadian Winner/Championship and Maple Leaf Open is outlined below.  Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on entries.  A final schedule will be posted after the entries have been processed.  The dates (July 1-5) are set with the Avenir Centre.

December 19, 2024 - The 2025 Canadian Baton Twirling Championship promises to be a spectacular event featuring Canada’s top baton twirling athletes. The event involves over 200 athletes competing on an individual basis, from compulsory events to crowd pleasers, like dance twirls and freestyles., as well as team events. The anticipated daily attendance will range from 500 to 800 fans!

January 14, 2025 - Pre-orders are now available for the 2025 Canadian Qualifier Merchandise! The deadline to submit your pre-orders is January 21, 2025. There will be limited merchandise available for on-site purchases (hoodies, tees, and crews, as well as some options of toques and drinkware).

December 23, 2024 - The Brochure and Entry Information for the 2025 Technical World Championship and Nations Cup CBTF Qualifier is attached.

December 23, 2024 - Declaration Lists for all 2025 IBTF Technical World Championship/Nations Cup disciplines are attached.

These lists are based upon information received from the declarations. They have been verified for compliance with the CBTF Declaration Policy.

November 18, 2024 - The Canadian Baton Twirling Federation is now accepting applications for the position of Team Manager for the Canadian Contingent to the 2025 IBTF Technical World Championship and Nations Cup competitions in Turin, Italy.

CBTF will select two Team Managers, who will be responsible for the IBTF Technical World Championship and Nations Cup and travel with the contingent. This is an honorary position - no salary or honorarium will be paid beyond travel and living expenses.

October 21, 2024 - At the 2024 CBTF Fall Conference, the Board requested information on the background and the option to ask more questions about moving towards IBTF.

The following is intended to be a general discussion and background information piece, and it will also include answers to questions that were specifically sent in by the provinces who chose to do so.

October 6, 2024 - Dana Peteleski, CBTF Technical Chair, today announced the result of the compulsory draw for the 2025 Canadian Winner/Championship, in the Level BI Freestyle division.

July 12, 2024 - The Lynda Garland "Award for Excellence" was presented for the fourteenth time at the Canadian Baton Twirling Winner/Championship in Oshawa, Ontario. The recipient of Lynda Garland's "Award for Excellence" was Kim Genton of Ontario.
