The Brochure and Entry Form for the 2012 Canadian Team Trials is attached.

A few details to note:

• The entry deadline is April 9, 2012. All entries must be received by that date.
• Provincial Practice: There will be no official provincial practices. Provinces and/or clubs are encouraged to book paid practice time if they desire additional time beyond that which is being offered during the course of the competition.
• Music Test Procedure: As per WBTF/CBTF rules, official timing of the music will take place during each round of the athlete/pair/team performance. As a precaution, the music should be “pre-tested” during paid practice times scheduled for Friday May 18.
• All official music CDs must be submitted to the Technical Chairperson no later than Saturday May
  19th at 9:00 am: Only one selection of music may be on each CD. The CD should be clearly labeled with the
  athlete/pair/team’s name, event, and recorded time. CD’s will be returned in the athlete’s package at the
  conclusion of the competition.
• Photographs: Every athlete participating in the Canadian Team Trials must submit an individual (head shot) photo, regardless of the event entered (freestyle, pairs, or team). Please send a head shot with your competitive hair and makeup.
  Pair athletes must also submit one photo of their Pair (in costume). Teams must also submit one team photo (in
  costume). Photos are to be submitted electronically, following the naming conventions outlined in the brochure.
