November 28, 2016 - Initial information regarding the International Cup Qualifier, in Saskatoon between May 19-22 2017, is attached.

In particular, please take note of:

• ICQ Entry forms will be published by early February 2017
• Entry Deadline for the IC Qualifier (entry forms, medical certificate, passport photo page, music, photos and other media, and payments)

All clubs attending the International Cup Qualifer must take note: With the high number of entries at the IC Qualifier, and the anticipated large contingents for the Grand Prix and International Cup events in August, clubs must submit:

1. FOR THE IC QUALIFIER: an 'estimated room total' needed for your club to cdietrichshaw [dot] ca (subject: ICQ%20Estimated%20Room%20Total) (Cindy Dietrich) by December 31, 2016.
2. FOR THE GRAND PRIX and INTERNATIONAL CUP: an 'anticipated traveler total' to ic2017cbtf [dot] ca (subject: GP%20and%20IC%3A%20Anticipated%20Traveler%20Total) (Joanne Moser) by December 31, 2016.. This means the anticipated total of parents/caregivers and siblings that would travel along with the athletes to Croatia for the competition in August.
