May 13, 2018 - The Information Package and Entry Forms for the 2018 Canadian Winner/Championships are attached.

A few details to note:

• DO NOT submit double-sided copies of the entry form pages!!
• The entry deadline for all provinces is May 25. All entries must be received by that date.
• All late entries will be returned. Absolutely no late entries.
• The following payments are acceptable:
  • Cheque/money orders payable to: "2018 Canadians" with a note on the Memo/Reference line indicating 2018 Canadian Championships/Gym Rental/etc
  • E-Transfer send to: treasurercbtf [dot] ca (refer to entry documentation for the password to use)
• All Canadian Winner/Championship and Open entry forms are to be submitted to your designated provincial representative to be collected, verified and then submitted to the Canadians Entry Processor. Provincial Representatives must:
  • Collect and verify (membership, age and qualification requirements) all entries and entry fees
  • Mail all forms and cheque/money order in one provincial package to:

Scheduled Paid Practice is available on Sunday, July 1.

• Pride of Canada Open Clinic registration form. Athletes attending Canadians should use their Master Entry Form to register for the Clinic ($40). Others (Parents, Coaches or athletes not attending Canadians) should use this separate form.
