The map below shows the relative locations of the 2015 International Cup Qualifier competition venue (University of Manitoba Investor's Group Athletic Centre) and the host hotel (Best Western Pembina Inn and Suites).

The Best Western Pembina Inn and Suites has been selected as the Host Hotel and has 93 non-smoking rooms. Room configurations available:

• 77 rooms with 2 queen beds. These are $129 flat rate. These rooms can accommodate 1-5 people. Cots are available to rent in these rooms for $12 each per night .
• 16 suites with the 1 bed and pull out sofa. These are $149 flat rate. 4 of these suites have a king bed and the other 12 have 1 queen bed. They can accommodate 1-2 people to a max of 4. Cots are not available in these rooms.

Two meeting rooms have been reserved for general use throughout the weekend by those that are staying at the host hotel.
