  Elva Taylor moved that CBTF Board of Directors supports the decisions CBTF judges made at the 1992 WBTF Championships in Paris, France. CBTF strongly recommends that an apology be made by FFTB to CBTF prior to the 1993 World Championships.

  Sandi Smith moved that CBTF recommend to the WBTF that, based on past procedural infractions, we feel there is a need for review of the WBTF code of ethics, and the disciplinary procedure to be taken for any future infractions that might occur. Therefore a committee should be struck by the WBTF to deal with this review.

  Deardra Leslie (on behalf of the Technical Committee) moved that, based on the discussion and subsequent results of this meeting, it is the CBTF Board of Directors decision that the Saskatchewan Trans-Canada Team did qualify properly, had the right to be at the Canadian Team Trials (in spite of irregularities or perceived irregularities) and do qualify to represent Canada at the 1994 World Championships.

  Susan Irwin moved that, to act in accordance with existing CBTF bylaw (Section 9, 9.3: "A grievance will not be settled without concurrence of the Grievance Committee and the BOD of the Federation." and Section 9, 9.10: " .... The decision of the Grievance Committee will be final.", the decision regarding the Grievance submitted by Brenda Hall dated May 21, 1994 and subsequent revision dated May 30, 1994 not be reviewed (it is noted that Mrs. Hall had consented to the process by which the grievance was heard), and that the decision of the June 9, 1994 BOD Conference Call be considered final.
