Loranne Meek proposed that we develop Role Model Tapes for all CBTF Official Major Events.

INTENT: Process will be on an on-going basis.

Karen Gratton moved that we accept Proposal #3 from the 2003 WTM which reads as follows:

That the CBTF Dance Twirl Team Role Model Tape be accepted as presented.

Karen Gratton moved to accept Proposal #3 from the 2008 FTM that reads:

That the CBTF individual, duet and group role model DVD as presented at the 2008 FTM be accepted with the proviso that Ron Kopas and a committee choose different athletes for the first and second medley role model examples.

DIRECTIVE: Ron Kopas to prepare written scripts for medley, solodance, duet & groups in consultation with a committee.

DIRECTIVE: The 1,2,3 baton International Cup expectation lists should be used for those events.

INTENT: Once completed by the committee, these role models will be in effect for 2 years at which time there will be a review by the technical committee.

CLARIFICATION: First Medley role model athlete has been changed on the DVD. The scripts will be featured on the CBTF website as soon as possible.

Karen Gratton moved that the cost of the hard copy of the M2/M3 Judges Course manual be $50.00 plus shipping. The cost of the electronic version would be $25 including shipping.

CLARIFICATION: The CBTF Role Model DVD ($25.00) is to be ordered separately from the Media Coordinator.

Effective Date: July 10, 2010

Elan Paluck moved that the WBTF Role Models be adopted for use in Canada.
