Karen Gratton moved that:

1. The CBTF Technical Directory shall be distributed to the following: CBTF President, CBTF Technical Chairperson, CBTF Sanction Officer, Provincial Judges Reps, Provincial Technical Chairs, Provincial Coaches Reps, Provincial Badge Officers, Registered Judges, Registered Coaches, Registered Adjudicators, Certified Course Conductors, Provincial Sanction Officers and CBTF Manuals Co-Ordinator.
2. The CBTF Technical Update shall be distributed to the following: CBTF Executive members, all registered Judges, Coaches, Adjudicators and Course Conductors.

Karen Gratton moved to accept Proposal #6 of the 2002 Winter Technical Meeting which reads:

That the CBTF Technical Association Certificates be issued to all applicants who have successfully completed all elements of the required course (ie: coaches, judges, adjudicators).

Betty Davis moved that CBTF donate $600 to Alberta to assist with the hosting of the Technical Conference held in Alberta October 24 - 26, 2003. CBTF donate $1,200.00 to Ontario to assist with the hosting of the Technical Conference held in Ontario in the fall of 2003, date and location to be determined.

Karen Gratton moved that Proposal #6, 2006 STM be accepted as follows:

That the CBTF Website include a members-only page with access for Technical Association members through personal passwords The proposed cost for the creation of this page and password maintenance would be approximately $500 plus GST.

That the CBTF Technical Rule Book be made available on the CBTF Website to members of the Technical Association.
