A few details to note:

• The entry deadline is your respective Provincial Championship competition plus 1 week. All entries must be postmarked by that date.
• All Canadian Winner/Championship and Open entry forms are to be submitted to your designated provincial representative at or immediately following all Provincial Winner/Championship Competitions.
• Scheduled Paid Practice is available on Thursday July 10, 5-10pm only.
• The General Information Package contains the following:
  • Preliminary Schedule. Note that this is subject to change. Refer to the 2012 Canadians Schedule page for the most up-to-date information.
  • Pride of Canada Open Clinic registration form. Athletes attending Canadians should use their Master Entry Form to register for the Clinic ($40). Others (Parents, Coaches or athletes not attending Canadians) should use this form.
  • Coaches and Judges Welcome Reception registration form
  • Athletes Welcome Party registration form
  • Souvenir Program Advertisement request form
  • Good Luck Gram form
  • Buffet Breakfast registration form
  • Frienship exchange registration form
• The Entry Form Package contains the Master Entry Form (Summary, Payment and Waiver) as well as the entry forms for the Individual/Duet/Pair, Winner/Championship Group and Open Group competitions.
