Athletes interested in becoming a member of the Canadian Contingent to the WBTF 2009 International Cup are required to submit their Declaration Forms by October 31, 2008.

Declaration Forms are available online.

The updated International Cup Rules and Regulations document, included the updated WBTF Content Restrictions, is also available online.
