Forms

Please REVIEW THIS MATERIAL CAREFULLY as it contains important information regarding procedures and rules.

Significant Changes From Past Years

  1. All cheques/money orders are to be made payable to: "Alberta Baton Twirling Association - CBTF".
  2. The Team Trial events (Compulsories, Short Program, Freestyle and Pairs for both Level A and B) are being run as SEPARATE EVENTS this year. This is because it is an "International Cup Year" and events at that competition will be run separately so it was agreed that these events at Canadians should also be separate.
  3. All athletes - Group, Individual, Open, Winner/Championship - must complete the Athlete's General Information page. This includes the CBTF Waiver which must be signed and sent in before athletes will be able to compete. This page must be fully completed and accompany any and all entry form pages. Athletes will still have to indicate their name, age, membership #, coach's name and membership # on each entry form to assist in the processing for each competition.

Entry Deadline Dates

Provincial entries are to be submitted in ONE PACKAGE to Michelle Bretherick, Canadians Entry Processor NO LATER THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LAST DAY OF YOUR PROVINCIALS.

There are two exceptions to this deadline:

  1. New Brunswick/Nova Scotia entries must be submitted no later than June 2, 2009.
  2. As some Provincial Winner/Championship competitions have already taken place, Pom Pom Team entries can either be sent in with the Provincial Package of Entries OR must be received no later than June 2, 2009 (the sooner the better please!!).

Entry Fees

  • All cheques/money orders are to be made payable to: "Alberta Baton Twirling Association - CBTF".
  • All entries and fees are to be submitted to one provincial rep who will double check them.
  • It is recommended that provinces submit one provincial cheque to cover all their entries (this helps speed up the entry processing procedures); however, separate cheques to cover individual entries will also be accepted.

Please do not submit entry forms that are double-sided.

All questions should be directed to CBTF Technical Chair/Canadians Competition Director, Karen Gratton.

SEE YOU AT CANADIANS!
