The CBTF Contingent Package is now available.

Questions about the Contingent Package or the Package Payment Forms should be directed to the WC Contingent Coordinator at officecbtf [dot] ca.

All required forms including:

• Document & Information Checklist
• 2024 Contingent Package including the Traveler Payment Form and Hotel Room Worksheet
• Athlete Health Information Sheet
• Social Media Profile
• Secret Pal Information Sheet
• CBTF Code of Conduct

can be submitted online in advance of March 11th to officecbtf [dot] ca. You can also eTransfer the $1,000 per person deposit in advance to Terry Stewart at: treasurercbtf [dot] ca and indicate that on your Traveler Payment Form. Please clearly indicate the traveler’s name on each eTransfer. For those that wish to hand the paperwork in at the Contingent Clinic on March 11th please ensure all the paperwork is complete and that your athlete has initialed and signed the CBTF Code of Conduct and completed the Secret Pal Sheet and Social Media Profile.

We remind travelers that if their child is under the age of majority, a travel consent form (if travelling with no parents or one parent) and a chaperone form (if travelling with no parents) are required. These are available on request (officecbtf [dot] ca) if required.
