October 24, 2023 - Please note that the Pan Pacific Cup entry process involves each country Federation collecting their own athlete/team/group/coach information on their own, and then inputting this information into one large WBTF entry spreadsheet. Each country federation also must collect all fees, and then submit one overall payment.

Therefore, CBTF has created the following JotForm entry links for our entries and as usual, e transfers are to be sent to treasurercbtf [dot] ca.

Entry and payment deadline is November 13, 2023. Due to the quick turnaround (CBTF has to compile the entry information and complete the WBTF form for submission by November 20), there will be zero tolerance for late entries and payments. If your entry is in, but your payment is not, we will unfortunately not be able to include you in the WBTF submission.

Also note that WBTF takes entry payments in USD.  CBTF has estimated the CAD equivalent for the JotForm calculations, and your payment to CBTF will be in Canadian funds. We want you to be aware that financial reconciliations may result in additional fees being collected based upon currency exchange rates and service fees incurred by CBTF.
