May 2, 2022 - The Competition Brochure and online Entry Form links for the 2022 Canadian Winner/Championships are attached.

May 12, 2022 - An updated version of the Brochure is attached. There was an error in the Minimum Score standard required for Level A Freestyle and Level A Pair which has been corrected. The correct Minimum Score standard for both of these events is 45.0.

Steven Kopas, Contingent Manager, needs to collect some personal and health information from all athletes so she can better serve the needs of the Contingent members.

This form contains a release allowing team management to seek medical treatment for your child in the event of an emergency.

The attached Athlete Information Sheet must be completed and returned to Joanne Moser, Contingent Coordinator, at the Contingent Meeting at the conclusion of the 2022 Canadian Team Trials.

The CBTF Contingent Hotel Worksheet and Payment Forms are now available.

A document and information checklist is also included.

Canadian World Championships Athletes will participate in the Team Canada Secret Pal Exchange!

The objective is to foster team spirit and to help your Secret Pal feel happy, motivated and part of the team through little gifts, notes, cards, positive phrases, pictures etc.

Secret Pals will be assigned by our Team Manager, Steven Kopas. Don't tell anyone who your Secret Pal is - try and keep it a secret until the final exchange at the end of the competition!

All members of the CBTF World Championships Contingent (athletes, coaches, judges, officials) are ambassadors for Baton Twirling in Canada and of the CBTF. This privilege is accompanied by certain expectations and responsibilities, as outlined in the attached Code of Conduct.

These Team Rules are made so that all Contingent members have the best possible experience. Let’s all work together to present a top-notch image and leave a positive image – a goal to which everyone must strive equally.

April 18, 2022 - There is official merchandise available for both the 2022 Canadian Team Trials and the 2022 Northern Lights Classic Open competitions.

As part of our COVID protocols, the merchandise vendor will not be on-site during the competition.

Providing all entry requirements have been met, the application time frames have been met, and the necessary documentation has been satisfied & submitted, the following may apply for a Bye:

April 13 2022 - The event registers for the Canadian Team Trials and Northern Lights Classic Open are available for your review. Please note these are Event Registers - this is not the Order of Appearance for any event.

Coaches - you are strongly urged to review these event registers and ensure that your athletes have been recorded in the proper event and age division.

April 4, 2022 - If your provincial organization, club, businesses, or any individuals would like to adverstise in the Canadian Team Trials Souvenir Program, the deadline to submit your request and artwork is April 22.
